Incorrect Password Please Try Again

If you are seeing this error message when starting iCu2. Please ensure that you are entering the password correctly, for instance:
1: Do not leave any spaces before or after the password
2: Passwords are case sensitive. MYPASSWORD is not the same as MyPassword or mypassword
If your password is still not accepted, please attempt the fix below:
1: Right mouse click on your iCu2 desktop icon and choose "Properties"
2: Choose "Find Target" or "Open File Location " from the menu that appears. You should now be in your iCu2 folder
3: Locate and delete the file called icuii.ini (it may only say icuii but is easy to locate as the icon is a notepad with a gold wheel/cog on it)
4: After deleting that file, start iCu2 and you will be asked to re-enter your name/location/comments, etc. Doing this will also reset your logon password.
If you choose to set a new password (rather than leave iCu2 with no password), remember that the password is case sensitive. MY PASSWORD is not the same as MyPassword or mypassword
