How do I set up my ADSL modem / Router to work with ICUII
If you find that there is not a specific Tutorial for your modem/router on this website. Please refer to the information below that will direct you to the portforward.com website which has the setup information for 100's of Routers and ADSL Modems so that you can set them up to work with iCu2.
Please follow the instructions below for setting up iCu2 before proceeding:
On iCu2:
1: Go into Tools - Options - Ports
2: Make sure you are set to "Network" connection
3: In Normal Ports and Network Ports areas make sure you have:
Primary Port: TCP 2000
Secondary Port: TCP 2001
ie:

4: Also, take note of your IP Address (you will need it later). It most likely will not be the same as the one above. You have to take note of the IP address you see in your iCu2 window.
5:Click on OK and close iCu2
Now simply select the Make/Model of Modem or Router (listed below) that you have and then follow the instructions given to setup your Modem/Router to work in conjunction with iCu2:

When asked to enter your "Static IP Address". You can type in the IP address that you took note of earlier (in yellow).
