The first time you use iCu2 after installing McAfee Personal Firewall Plus (or Security Center), you should see a window appear that states:

You must select Grant Access when the window appears. If do not select Grant Access, you will not be able to see a list of users in the iCu2 directories.

Close iCu2 and then open McAfee Security Center so that you see a window similar to this:

Click on the Personal Firewall +  area

You will then see a new window like this:

Now follow these steps (they are color coded to make it easy to follow):

1: Click on the Internet Applications area

2: Click on the the entry that states iCu2 Video Chat Client so that it is highlighted

3: Click on Delete Application Rule (and ensure that the iCu2 entry has been removed)

4: Then click on Settings

You will now see this window:

Ensure that the Security Level is set to Medium or lower.

Optional: If people say that you are not appearing as "Online" in their Pal List, try ticking/checking the area that states Accept ICMP ping requests

Now start iCu2 and you should see this prompt again:

Make sure you choose Grant Access

Your iCu2 should now be setup to work with iCu2.

If you find that you update iCu2 or McAfee to a newer version and then get "Fetching Directory" again.  Return back to the area where you can Delete Application Rule, delete the iCu2 entry then choose Grant Access next time you start iCu2
