If Quick Messages don't appear unless you restart iCu2, please try the fix below:

1: Save any importand Quick Messages that you want to retain.
1: Turn off iCu2 and select "Discard Them Delete all unsaved messages" when prompted. If you're not prompted it means your Message Center is empty, that's ok
2: Right click on your iCu2 desktop icon and chooes Properties
3: Select either Find Target or Open File Location, and your iCu2 folder will appear
4: Locate and delete the file called            icuii.tdb
5: Start iCu2 and Quick Messages should now appear without having to restart iCu2

As far as we can tell this issue will only occur if your iCu2 program crashing during a session. It will also happen if Windows crashes or if you have a power cut while your iCu2 program is running.
