If someone calls me we cannot see eachothers video on ICUII (skynet users)

We have had similar comments from other Skynet users. It appears that Skynet has blocked ports on your internet connection (which they deny). To resolve this issue...

On iCu2:

1: Go into Tools - Options - Ports

2: Make sure you are set to "Network" connection

3: In Normal Ports and Network Ports areas it should currently say:

Primary Port: TCP 2000
Secondary Port: TCP 2001

ie:
Normal Ports - iCu2 Listens for connections on THIS COMPUTER at the following ports
Primary (TCP): 2000Secondary (TCP): 2001

Network / Router / Firewall Ports Routed to this computer (IP Address: 192.168.1.xxx)
Primary (TCP): 2000Secondary (TCP): 2001

You must change the "Secondary Port: TCP" setting so that iCu2 is listening for video connections on a different port. For instance, change the "Secondary Port: TCP" in Normal and Network areas so that it states 22001 instead of 2001, like this:

Normal Ports - iCu2 Listens for connections on THIS COMPUTER at the following ports
Primary (TCP): 2000Secondary (TCP): 22001

Network / Router / Firewall Ports Routed to this computer (IP Address: 192.168.1.xxx)
Primary (TCP): 2000Secondary (TCP): 22001

Once you have made the change, click on OK and then restart iCu2 and see if you can get video feeds when someone calls you.
