How do I know who is viewing my Video on Demand?
To find out who is viewing your VOD, look for the small green image of a monitor at the bottom right of your directory. It's the one furthest to the left.

If it shows a dark green monitor (as shown above), you have no people VODing you.

If it shows a bright green monitor with a number (as shown above), you have viewers (the number shows how many viewers you have).

If it shows a red monitor with a number (as shown above) you have reached the limit of how many people can view your VOD (video on demand). New people will only be able to view you if you do one of the following:
- Hang up all or selected users, as described below
- Increase your Maximum Viewer Limit
- View a user that is not currently viewing you. In this scenario, that person will also be allowed to view you, regardless of the Maximum Viewers limit you have set.
Clicking on the bright green / red monitor image will display the list of current viewers

You can either click on Hangup All Incoming Video Connections so that you kick everyone from viewing you. They can re-request to view you again though.
Or you can select a specific user from the list and you will get the options below:
Hang Up Video Only Call - will stop that specific person from viewing you until they re-request to view.
Return Video Only Call - will send a VOD request to that person so that you can view their Video On Demand
Send Quick Message - will allow you to send a Quick Message (QM) to that specific person
View Profile - will pull up the extended profile window for that person
Ignore User - will put that specific user on ignore. Placing someone on ignore means you will have NO contact (QMs, Calls, VOD or lobby chat) with that person again until you remove them from your Ignore List
