If you can see other names in the iCu2 directory but cannot see / find your name please read below

Check to make sure that you are not set to invisible. It will tell you at the top of the Directory window if you are:

If you are, click on the button just below FILTERS to turn off invisibility (as seen below). If the icon is solid, it means you are invisible to the directory (including yourself) . If the icon is only an outline, you are visible to the directory.

If you are set to VISIBLE in the directory and still cannot see your name, check that you have entered your Nickname in Settings - Options - User Info. If the Nickname field is empty (as seen below), you will be listed as "Upspecified" in the directory. After typing in your Nickname, click on OK and then Refresh the directory so that the changes take affect immediately.

(note: your information in Settings - Options - User Info is seperate from your information in Tools - Create / Edit My Extended Profile. If you change one of those areas, it does not change the information in the other area. You must change each area manually)
