If you cannot see your External Self view (but can see the internal/embedded self view). Please follow the steps below for restoring your iCu2 windows to their default locations:

1: Right click on your iCu2 desktop icon (or whatever icon you normally use to start iCu2)
2: Select Properties from the menu appears
3: Click on the button that says Find Target or Open File Location, and your iCu2 folder should appear
4: Locate and delete the file called  forminfo or forminfo.ini (as shown below)

5: Start iCu2 and your iCu2 windows should appear in their default positions, including the External Self View.
