What is a Mod ?
Any user has
by their name in the Chat Lobby is an iCu2 user who can "keep the peace" by moderating the Chat Lobby.
- Mods can block a another user's text from appearing in the chat lobby for x amount of minutes, hours, days, This should only happen if the person is abusing the Chat Lobby by spamming text repeatedly or displaying inappropriate text / snapshots for that specific Chat Lobby.
- Mods can also block a user from being Current Speaker (using the Lobby's audio) for x amount of days, hours, minutes, This should only happen if the person is abusing the usage of the Microphone/Audio in the Chat Lobby.
- Mods can also provide you with limited help with your iCu2 Program. They will most likely direct you to a weblink that will assist you in resolving your issue. Or at the very least they will tell you who to contact for further assistance. Never give any personal information to Mods on the iCu2 Program. This includes your real name, address or Registration Code. Moderators will never need this information to assist you in resolving an issue.
Please remember that Mods are still regular iCu2 users, just like you. So they may not always be available to assist you. They may also be busy assisting others. If you do not receive a response. Please contact iCu2 Support directly for assistance with your specific issue:
