If you are using iCu2 7.0.0 or higher and are told by people that they receive no text from you when you send them a Quick Message (QM). Please follow the instructions for replacing the riched20.dll at:
Once you have followed the instructions for the riched20.dll , you may need to repeat the steps at the weblink above, but this time for riched32.dll
This problem comes around when the default files that ship with Windows have become corrupt or have been replaced with non-standard alternatives of the files.
Note: Although the information on the Microsoft website is related to Office XP and Publisher 2002. It also fixes the problem with text in QMs.
