If your iCu2 Directory states Online but you cannot see any names in the directory.

Go to View | User Display Filter (top of the iCu2 Directory window) and remove the ticks/checks from "Only show users with video capability" and also from "Only show users with profiles" so that it looks like this:

Press OK after removing the ticks/checks. Then move to another Directory and look at the top line of your Directory window.
