If your User List looks similar to the image above. Please follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

1: Turn off iCu2
2: Right Click on your iCu2 desktop icon and choose "Properties"
3: Then select the "Compatibility" tab
4: In the "Settings" section (shown in red) remove ticks/checks for all 5 options so that it looks like this:

5: Click "Apply" then "OK"
6: Start iCu2 and see if the names now appear in the User List
